Wax Therapy
- Wax Therapy paraffin therapy is quite common and
widely used to aid in the treatment of conditions such
as Arthritis, Bursitis, Eczema, Fibromyalgia,
Fibrositis, Inflammation, Muscle Spasms,
Overworked/Fatigued Muscles, Psoriasis, Scar Tissue,
Stiff Joints, Tendonitis & Tennis Elbow etc.
1.
Increase blood supply
2.
Reduces pain
3.
Generally used for smaller muscle groups
4.
After
fracture to relieve pain
5.
Improves skin conditions following Plaster of Paris
6.
Adhesions and scars are softened and facilitation of
mobilization
Short Wave Diathermy
- Acute lesions are better treated with pulsed shortwave
diathermy. Sub-acute or chronic conditions respond best
to continuous shortwave diathermy which, when used
properly, can be as effective as ultrasound. Continuous
shortwave diathermy can help to relieve pain and muscle
spasm, resolve inflammatory states and reduce swelling,
promote vasodilatation, increase the compliance of
connective tissue, increase joint range and decrease
joint stiffness.

-
Also used
in case of muscle and tendon tears
-
Used in
arthritis like Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis
-
Inflammatory conditions like Boils, Carbuncles etc.
-
Increases
blood supply
Ultrasound Therapy
- Ultrasound treatment of a painful muscular condition
known as myo-fascial pain is an effective therapy, which
consists of injecting painful places in the muscle
called trigger points. Ultrasound therapy is comparable
to trigger point injections and should be offered as a
noninvasive treatment of choice, especially to the
patients who want to avoid injections.

Interferential Therapy
- Interferential electrical
stimulation's is a unique way of effectively delivering
therapeutic frequencies to tissue.
Interferential
stimulation is concentrated at the point of intersection
between the electrodes.
Interferential Stimulator
current perfuses to greater depths and over a larger
volume of tissue than other forms of electrical therapy.

Laser Therapy
-
Laser Therapy is used for
pain relief in patients suffering from acute and chronic
pain. It has been proven to significantly reduce the
level of pain symptomatic with a number of ailments.
